Can PrivacyStar lookup Private, Restricted, Unknown, or Anonymous callers?

PrivacyStar cannot lookup Private, Restricted, Unknown, or Anonymous callers if they are coming in without a phone number attached to them. There is currently no way to identify a caller without a valid, ten digit phone number.
